Why We Gather
Through outdoor adventures, community, and connection, Send It helps young adults facing cancer rebuild confidence, forge friendships, and remember that they’re capable of far more than cancer ever led them to believe.
Because healing doesn’t end when treatment does, and because young adults deserve more than hospital rooms and waiting rooms. They deserve alpine lakes, campfires, chairlifts, sunsets, belly laughs, new friendships, and the chance to remember what it feels like to be fully alive.

Flying solo? Individual tickets are $250. Bringing a friend? Grab a $500 Buddy Pass. Coming with a crew? Make it a table.
And with a $100 Send It Forward gift, you can help bring a Send It alum along for the night.

A big-hearted, high-energy evening celebrating the Send It community and raising critical support for free outdoor adventures for young adults facing cancer. Expect inspiring stories, great people, and absolutely no boring banquet energy.
We’ve arranged special discounted rates for Full Send guests at the Acqua Hotel in Mill Valley, just a short drive from the event.
To book your room:
- Visit acquahotel.com and click Book A Room.
- Click Add Code and select Rate Access/Corporate Code from the dropdown menu.
- Enter code FS1114 and click Add.
- Click Update Guests and Rooms to continue your reservation.
- Be sure to select the Send It Foundation rate before completing your booking.

Festive cocktail attire. Mountain formal is not an official dress code, but maybe it should be.
All tickets include dinner and a host bar. Additional perks vary by package. Please review the details listed with your ticket selection or in your registration confirmation.
Parking and transportation information will be shared with registered guests before the event. There is plenty of free parking at the event venue.
